The founders of Rahma Foundation USA unanimously agreed to stop supporting it’s project in Bangladesh originally intended for talented orphans.

The following facts will help you understand why and also provide insight into the correct status of the project:

1. Bangladesh government never approved Rahma Foundation’s request for an NGO  status in Bangladesh.

Currently, Rahma Foundation USA is not legally allowed to operate in Bangladesh or send funds to Bangladesh. In the past Bangladesh authorities had stopped as many as 7 Rahma Foundation’s bank to bank transactions from USA to Bangladesh.

2. Bangladesh government never approved the school established by Rahma Foundation USA in Bangladesh.

At this point the school complex in Bangladesh is an illegal entity.

3. Due to lack of expertise of the illegal occupiers themselves, the quality of the school deteriorated to the point where student performance at the national tests became unacceptable.

Therefore it is not justified to spend valuable donation money for a low quality illegal school while the goverment schools are legal, better and free of cost?

3. Currently the funds  are being sent to Bangladesh through personal contact(s). This is illegal according to Bangladesh and in USA laws.

4. Large funds disappeared from the custody of the acting principal who  failed to submit an expense report to Rahma Foundation president. There was no audit  for the expenses because he is a close ally of the fundraiser. (Falsified and inflated notarized expense reports were created in rush later on. However these documents lack authenticity and can be proven false).

6. The fundraiser himself is involved in the conspiracy of decieving the donors. He believes in benefitting himself and his allies in the name of serving talented orphans.

Early 2018, when the transparency issues were raised by the founding president, the fundraiser quickly arranged a secret takeover of the organization by announcing a new illegal board of his choice. There was no election.

Please verify the facts before allowing the fundraiser to collect any funds on behalf of Rahma Foundation USA.
